Job Summary
The Training Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs by assessing individual and team strengths and weaknesses. This role involves designing and implementing annual training plans, preparing comprehensive teaching materials, and delivering both group and individual training sessions in the GI endoscopy field.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
- Build annual training plan and prepare teaching materials.
- Deliver training courses.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into our partners' work behavior.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
- Deliver group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and management areas in GI endoscopy.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medicine or nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a well-known company within gastroenterology endoscopic capital equipment or endoscopic therapeutic devices.
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events and creating effective learning materials.
- Knowledge of flexible endoscopy tools and equipment.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to determine training objectives.
- Participation in gastroenterology endoscopy procedures.
