Known for delivering cutting-edge drone technology and customized aerial solutions the company is now looking for a Solution Engineer with expertise in geospatial systems surveying and aerial mapping.

This role is ideal for candidates who bridge the gap between technical field operations and customer solution design especially in industries such as construction agriculture oil & gas infrastructure and government services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end drone-based solutions for aerial surveying mapping and geospatial data collection
  • Conduct onsite demos POCs and technical workshops for clients and resellers

A Customer Solutions Order Engineer provides technical expertise to the sales team and FL (front line) CSE understands customer needs and transforms these needs into optimal KONE solutions.
CSE Engineer Solution is part of the KONE early engagement team and ensures that KONE offerings and specifications are included in the customers building specifications.

Focusing on nonstandard tendering cases the CSE Engineer Solution is accountable for the customers overall solution including integrations solutions services and products. He/she takes responsibility for defining the specifications costs and lead times in cooperation with other frontline parties Supply Line and Area and Global support functions.

CSE Engineer Solution has a deep understanding of new KONE solutions (e.g. project management and installation) across business lines and a holistic understanding of certain customer segments such as retail infrastructure residential office or medical care.

CSE Engineer Solution takes into consideration all product and planning aspects when defining a solution e.g. corporate materials from the supply line local materials from sourcing costing of engineering and installation.

Responsibilities and key activities

Collaboration with sales:

  • Responsible for finding optimal technical solutions to meet the customers needs for nonstandard

  • Ensures clarity on the solutions scope including KONE and possible thirdparty offerings

  • Select the correct product platform on which to make the offering

  • Proposes solutions from all KONE business lines; new services escalators elevators doors etc.

Solution planning Costing:

  • Responsible for correct APF solution costs

  • Involves CSE Engineer and system to understand the cost for integrations.

  • Involves Supply Line installation and project management to understand the materials

Solution planning Specs:

  • Coordinates specification creation

  • Performs initial and revised nonstandard energy calculations

  • Performs traffic analyses

  • Accountable for technical feasibility checking

Solution planning Availability and lead times

  • Coordinates solution lead times from Supply Line and local sourcing

Solution planning Installability

  • Ensures that the proposed solution can be installed

  • Ensures that the cost and work effort impact of installation is part of the solutions costing especially in nonstandard installation method cases

Solution planning Maintainability

  • Ensures that the proposed solution fulfills the customers product lifecycle needs

  • Identifies possible deviations from standard maintenance methods and ensures that a resolution is found

Solution planning Compliance

  • Ensures that the proposed solution fulfills local codes regulations and safety requirements

  • Ensures alignment with environmental regulations

  • Ensures that the planned solution complies with KONE engineering policy

Key tasks in the KONE Delivery process

  • Accountable for the creation of full shop L/O drawings or Installation layouts

  • Accountable for corporate material order engineering

  • Coordinates and analyses change requirements (variation orders and add works); ensures that holistic proposals for the new solution design are provided

  • Coordinates the work of all involved CSE Engineers and Specialists

  • Proposes change order (variations and add works) sales opportunities to Project Managers

  • Accountable for understanding the variance between the design of the site versus the reality of the site

  • Provides solutionrelated information to Project Managers Installation Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors

  • Performs technical submittal documentation

  • Accountable for material sample ordering

  • Handles SAP Milestone management accurately

  • Identifies Request for information (RFI) whenever applicable

  • Coordinates with Sourcing the approval related to thirdparty supplier ordering and samples

  • May participate in customer meetings if technical solutionrelated topics are required to be discussed.

Are you the one

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering or another relevant field or several years experience in elevator business field operations

Role Summary:

The Sales Engineer will play a key role in aligning Azentio's solutions with customer needs, supporting the sales team, and building trusted partnerships with clients. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role within the software industry, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a customer-facing technical role within KSA or the GCC region.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based software solutions, enterprise architecture, and system integration practices.
  • Experience with core banking systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English is required.

Our presales organization is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps. The Solution Engineer team specializes in working with large, global customers to architect world-class experience management (XM) programs that drive a culture of action and create tangible business value. This person will work on some of our biggest Enterprise deals in the Middle East market and they will be based out of the Dubai office.

Role Summary:

The Sales Engineer will play a key role in aligning Azentio’s solutions with customer needs, supporting the sales team, and building trusted partnerships with clients. Based in Dubai, this individual will combine technical knowledge and business acumen to drive sales success and customer satisfaction in the region.

Key Responsibilities

·Customer Engagement:

  • Own the entire face of business for each customer’s experience.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and demonstrate how Azentio's solutions can address business challenges.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workshops tailored to customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term relationships with clients by providing technical insights and strategic recommendations.

·Solution Design and Technical Expertise:

  • Collaborate with customers to design solutions that align with their technical and business objectives.
  • Provide detailed technical consultation, addressing questions and challenges throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist in crafting detailed responses to RFPs/RFIs and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

·Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work with product, engineering, and support teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements and development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on account strategies and ensure technical alignment with customer needs.

·Industry Leadership:

  • Represent Azentio at industry events, trade shows, and seminars to showcase our solutions and capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics in the GCC region, especially within the BFSI sector.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role within the software industry, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a customer-facing technical role within KSA or the GCC region.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based software solutions, enterprise architecture, and system integration practices.
  • Experience with core banking systems is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the MEA region.
  • Valid driver’s license and residency in UAE are essential.
