The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates across multiple industries using digital sourcing tools, Boolean logic, and AI platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, technology, and strategic talent mapping — working closely with Recruitment Consultants to build pipelines for active and future job requirements.

Conduct structured searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, Indeed, and internal databases .

Apply Boolean, X-ray, and AI search strings to identify top candidates across industries (Education, Healthcare, Engineering, Hospitality, etc.).

Scrape and organize data from job boards, social media, and professional networks into Zoho Recruit CRM.

Maintain updated candidate sheets with verified contact details and key skill summaries.

Build and segment talent pools for high-demand roles: teachers, nurses, engineers, sales executives, technicians, etc.

Track passive candidates for future openings and engage them periodically with REAP HR updates.

Support recruitment campaigns by preparing Excel/Zoho candidate trackers by category, experience, and location.

Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to understand client needs and role specifications.

Share shortlisted leads daily/weekly based on priority job openings.

Support candidate pre-screening with basic qualification and availability checks.

Ensure all sourcing data is accurate, tagged, and updated in Zoho Recruit or other internal systems.

Generate weekly sourcing reports (number of profiles sourced, shortlisted, contacted, etc.).

Maintain confidentiality and comply with UAE PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) in all sourcing activities.

Monitor hiring trends, salary levels, and skill availability within assigned sectors.

Research target companies and competitor hiring strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Excellent command of Boolean search techniques , AI-assisted sourcing, and digital talent mapping.

Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, Indeed, Zoho Recruit , and Google search operators.

Strong data organization and attention to detail.

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sourcing metrics.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Fast learner with interest in multi-industry recruitment (Education, Healthcare, Engineering, F&B, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

1–3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruitment (agency/consultancy preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Sheets and CRM systems.

Knowledge of UAE job market and visa categories is a plus.

English proficiency required; Arabic/Hindi/Tagalog an advantage.

Job Purpose

To lead the Non-Technology Strategic Sourcing function for high value and complex purchases ensuring that vendor related commercial & contractual risks are understood and mitigated

• The Procurement Lead will manage and lead Bank’s Non-IT Strategic Sourcing team in the delivery of non-technology projects to achieve or exceed savings targets for each project assigned.
• The Lead will drive the right business outcomes with advanced subject matter expertise during the execution of projects and will support the concerned businesses in ensuring that the outputs of sourcing projects are embedded in the business to drive value through the contract lifecycle
• Lead will be responsible for Category Planning and will assist the Head of Procurement in monitoring market conditions and keep Category Management updated of emerging opportunities or changes.
• Ensure maximum contractual protection for the business, considering Procurement Policy requirements and regulatory issues.
• Implement the appropriate buying channel and Vendor management approach for all projects.
• The role will ensure that businesses have operational accountability for contracts after signature/handover and Lead will drive appropriate deployment of the Vendor Management framework along with businesses.
• This is a leader role with the expectation of delivery through a team of SMEs using strong performance management.
• Thought leadership in the development and enhancement of Procurement to Pay processes including the construct and content of agreements
• Able to seamlessly transition between categories and projects in a matrix management environment. Demonstrate importance of advanced subject matter expertise through example.
• For outsourcing engagements, engage a team of subject matters experts (SMEs) from Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, sharia to fulfill regulatory requirements.
• Drive embedding of best practices and compliance to all Procure to Pay processes within the sourcing team through personal performance
• Evaluate, Market and Communicate category guidelines into the business
• Act as an agent of change for the Procurement Transformation and beyond into future change initiatives.
• Provide robust reports on progress against targets, Preferred Supplier List and buying channel compliance.

Responsible for providing administrative support to the supply chain team through the timely creation of purchase orders and communication with various departments and third parties as required.

• Review purchase requisitions (PR), budget for each line item and convert them into the purchase order (PO).
• Communicate POs to suppliers and follow up to get PO acceptance/acknowledgment.
• Assist in creating goods received note (GRN) against IRN and/or confirmation of fulfillment made by Enerflex representatives.
• Distribute accounts payable invoices to the procurement & expediting team for verification and approval for payment.
• Performs data entry as needed, sets up and maintains an electronic filing system for documentation by specific job/project.
• Gather, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail within the department.
• Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in an administrative job.
• Proficiency in MS Office. ERP is a plus.
• Experienced with various types of office equipment, copier, scanner, etc.
• Organization and priority setting skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a diverse, matrix and dynamic environment.
