**What will I be doing?**

**Commercial**
- Develop innovative wellness experiences and packages that resonate with guest needs and elevate the hotel's wellness offering.

  • Recognize and reward good performance, managing a team member recognition program in line with expectations.
  • Recruit team members in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
  • Address low performance through discussions and where necessary, pursue formal disciplinary proceedings in line with HR policies.
  • Ensure all vacation planning is completed, updated, and in line with business requirements.
  • Facilitate succession planning of team members by setting key performance indicators, maintaining training calendars, overseeing appraisals, and providing regular feedback and coaching.
Financial
  • Manage the spa's departmental budget and P&L, including forecasts and accruals.
  • Monitor product costs, inventory levels, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
  • Partner with Procurement to source premium, cost-effective products that reflect the spa's luxury positioning.
Commercial
  • Develop innovative wellness experiences and packages that resonate with guest needs and elevate the hotel's wellness offering.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote spa services, seasonal promotions, and curated wellness events.
  • Regularly monitor wellness and luxury lifestyle trends, adapting services to ensure continued relevance and desirability.
