Key Responsibilities
  • Planning & Implementation
  • Develop creative signage concepts and spatial design solutions that enhance the visual appeal and functionality of interior and exterior spaces.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and art directors to understand spatial needs, brand identity, for signage and space transformation projects.
  • Create detailed designs for signage systems, including directional signs, wayfinding, informational graphics, and promotional displays
  • Execution and coordination
  • Plan and oversee spatial transformations to optimize the use of space, enhance customer or visitor experience, and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of signage and space transformation projects, from concept development to installation and post-project evaluation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, production, and installation of signage solutions.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Branding and Visual Identity
  • Ensure that all signage and space designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in colors, fonts, logos, and messaging across different physical environments.
  • Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to incorporate corporate identity into the design of signage and other space elements.
  • Ensure that the signage complements the overall brand experience and customer journey within the space.
  • Quality Control and Maintenance
  • Oversee the quality assurance process for all signage and space design elements to ensure high standards of production and installation.
  • Conduct site visits during and after installation to ensure proper placement, alignment, and functionality of signage.
  • Develop maintenance plans for signage to ensure long-term durability and functionality, including updates or repairs as needed.
  • Budget and Cost Management
  • Prepare and manage budgets for signage and space transformation projects, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best materials and services are procured at competitive prices.

As an Account Manager - Interior Design for the Middle East market, based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships (Interior Designers, Architects, and Luxury Brands), coordinating end-to-end project execution, and ensuring excellence across each touchpoint—from concept to installation. Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Relations

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support inquiries from new clients, offering tailored advice on product selection and design feasibility.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aligning with client needs and project goals.
  • Ensure timely and consistent updates on project status and performance through Salesforce and internal tools.

Project Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of B2B interior design projects, from initial briefing to final delivery and installation.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams in Milan and local markets to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise installations on site when needed, resolving real-time issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks or delays.

Design & Proposal Development

  • Develop design concepts, moodboards, and tailored presentations reflecting client goals and brand identity.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive quotations in collaboration with the Trade Project team.
  • Analyze project feasibility, costs, and margins to ensure commercial soundness.

Supplier & Technical Coordination

  • Collaborate with vendors and artisans to source appropriate materials and custom products.
  • Ensure technical specifications and regulatory requirements are met for all project components.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Customer Care, Order Management) to guarantee smooth project execution.

Sales Support & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and update the Salesforce pipeline with opportunities, quotes, and project data.
  • Analyze performance and pipeline trends to support business development efforts.
  • Participate in strategic responses to new project opportunities in coordination with sales and design teams.

Job Objective:

As a Senior Design Engineer specializing in exterior and interior cabin trims, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative, high-quality, and cost-effective design solutions. You will contribute to the development and launch of advanced vehicle programs while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of cabin-related exterior and interior trim components, including dashboards, doors, roof panels, bumpers, mirrors, seats, and other cabin elements.
  • Perform feasibility checks, DFMEA, and support CAE and crashworthiness validation studies.
  • Define design guidelines, standards, and best practices for cabin trims.
  • Review, approve, and mentor junior engineers’ design deliverables.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on tooling, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
  • Conduct and present design reviews to management and customers.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards such as NFPA, FMVSS, ECE, and other applicable regulations.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior design engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.
Academic Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in CATIA or Siemens NX (Surfacing + Solid Modeling).
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, including plastics, composites, and sheet metal, along with joining techniques.
  • Solid understanding of ergonomics, NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness), and safety standards.
  • Experience with DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and tolerance analysis.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in cabin trim design (interior & exterior) for automotive or heavy vehicle applications.

  • Innovative thinking with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
