- Maintain accurate records of planning, assessments, and attendance, ensuring policies and codes of conduct are consistently followed.
- Use media and technology effectively in the classroom to enhance learning experiences.
- Foster student progress and well-being through academic guidance, behavior management, and promoting cultural awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching resources and contribute to the school's co-curricular and extra-curricular programs.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of student progress, upholding confidentiality where required.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events, and extra duties as needed, demonstrating commitment beyond the standard workday.
- Participate in appraisal and Performance Management procedures and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Successful candidates will need to:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent in relevant specialism in Elementary/Inclusion
- Have proven experience of teaching Elementary, ideally within an IB or American Curriculum School, however this is not mandatory.
- Have the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents.
- Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching.
- Availability from August 2025

Provide student counselling and student support for the Undergraduate Program
Responsibilities- Provide counselling services to undergraduate students at ADSM
- Provide assistance to the Academic Support Manager in supporting undergraduate students at ADSM within the Academic Support Center
- Provide assistance to the Undergraduate program administration on student-related matters, as required
- The candidate should have the qualifications to provide counselling to students. The candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor degree and professional certification in counselling. The candidate should ideally have experience in working in Academia, especially with undergraduate programs. Experience in the UAE is preferred
