We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our biggest accounts in the Middle East.
This role requires working across different projects and sports, developing client account management strategies, and discussing sponsorship opportunities.
You will play a strategic role in other client accounts and be part of our Brands team based in CSM's UAE offices, working with colleagues across the Middle East and globally. Some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Lead the relationship with clients, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively manage regular project meetings.
- Strategy & Consultancy: Develop and deliver contracted strategy work for client accounts and provide general strategy expertise across other CSM Middle East client accounts.
- Administration: Manage client meetings, create presentations, manage KPIs, and evaluate client reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University graduate
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. Arabic beneficial but not essential
- A clear passion for marketing, strategy, and business development
- 10+ years' experience in Sports Marketing / Partnerships
- Specific experience in Motorsport and / or Tennis preferred

As a Retail Account Management Professional, you'll be at the core of our business, driving growth by managing a portfolio of key suppliers. You'll take ownership of the entire account lifecycle, from actively recruiting and onboarding new partners to developing a strategic plan for their success. This is a dynamic, data-driven role where you'll manage P&L, negotiate deals, and provide expert advice to optimize performance, directly impacting the customer experience and our overall business results.

- Recruit and onboard high-potential suppliers, meeting quarterly targets.
- Negotiate deals, manage P&L, and oversee inventory and pricing.

- Track and report business development results, analyzing data.
- Lead projects to enhance customer and partner experiences.
- Conduct strategic meetings with suppliers to align objectives.
- Educate new suppliers on Trendyol tools and systems for efficient management.
- University degree (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties)
- 5+ years of experience in Account Manager experience in fashion e-commerce
- Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Project or process management experience is a plus
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills, SQL knowledge preferred.
