Purpose & Scope:During the tendering stage, responsible for reviewing enquiry documentation and the Scope of Work, performing pre-bid engineering, estimating man-hours, and providing inputs for bid preparation. After project award, duties include preparing, checking, and issuing Process Engineering deliverables. This includes site visits as needed and coordination with other engineering disciplines, Drafting Office, and sometimes the client's project team.
