About Your Team
You’ll report to a Project Engineer and work closely with the Engineering and Site Operations teams. You’ll collaborate with a network of Project Engineers, Technical Engineers, BIM teams, QA/QC, and Procurement professionals to ensure seamless coordination between design, drafting, and execution.
Your Role
As a Technical Engineer, you will:
- Support the Project Engineer in developing MEP design documentation including shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and calculations.
- Assist in coordinating MEP activities with other disciplines on-site to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor installation works and ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
- Track technical submittal approvals and maintain document accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to material take-offs, procurement tracking, and logistics planning for MEP systems.
- Support the preparation of project close-out documentation such as as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
- Engage in project meetings, technical reviews, and daily coordination sessions.
- Assist in quality control activities and resolution of site technical issues in real-time.
- Commit to continuous learning by attending training, webinars, and industry updates relevant to MEP and BIM technologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant MEP engineering experience in construction projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with local and international MEP codes and standards.
- Strong technical writing, coordination, and communication skills.

- 3-5 years of experience in Electrical design from a system perspective (MV/LV).
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Project Management.
