Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in Dubai. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience. You will also support visa and employment procedures in coordination with PROs, maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

You'll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience from the very start. In this role, you will:
+ Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.
+ Support all visa and employment processes in coordination with PROs, maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
+ Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (Workday, Enboarder, etc.) while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
+ Provide clear and practical guidance on HR policies, procedures, and legislation to managers and employees alike.
+ Assist with employee relations matters-including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions while upholding fairness and discretion.
+ Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and performance through proactive HR support.
+ Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives in Talent Development, Wellbeing, and Health & Safety.

In this role, you will have the following main responsibilities:
Ensures an efficient and cost effective recruitment process as per company rules and procedures. Responsible for defining the search strategy as well as the timely and cost-efficient sourcing of candidates for assigned vacancies.
