Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth on-site/off-site production and operations of events, ensuring that all components are completed within time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Supporting the operations team in the execution of event-related operations
• Providing administrative support to senior management and stakeholders
• Assisting with the implementation of operational and administrative activities related to events
• Managing timelines and internal budgets for events
• Distributing contract information to contractors and vendors

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration or event management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Leadership & Team Management:
• Oversee internal and external production teams, fostering clear communication and alignment.
• Collaboration & Event Planning:
• Work closely with event teams to understand objectives and precise requirements.
• Logistics & Budgeting:
• Design and execute comprehensive production plans, including timelines, BOQs, and resource allocation.
• Cost Control & Procurement:
• Negotiate and manage project budgets while sourcing cost-effective solutions.
• Supplier Relationships & Compliance:
• Manage supplier relationships, ensure competitive bidding (minimum 3 quotes), and handle procurement.
• On-Site Operations & Safety:
• Oversee setup, on-site management, and post-event dismantling, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and production standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
• Solid experience in Audio Visual Projects for Events
• Strong business acumen in account management within AVL
• Technical Background is an advantage
• English language proficiency is a must
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
