The Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with key stakeholders associated with the rail project during the Design & Build (D&B) phase. What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a project-based environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to assess stakeholder needs and align them with organizational goals.
Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Fluency in English and Arabic

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing stakeholder engagement strategies and the focal point to coordinate with the government authorities' representatives to facilitate the handing over, and issuance of permits and licenses.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder management strategy, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, municipalities, transport agencies, regulatory bodies, clients, and local communities to facilitate project approvals and compliance.
Act as the primary liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, addressing concerns, feedback, and requirements.
Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations to provide updates, gather input, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Manage public relations efforts related to the project, developing communication plans to engage the community and address any concerns.
