The Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing relationships with key stakeholders associated with the rail project during the Design & Build (D&B) phase. This role involves developing and implementing a stakeholder management plan, ensuring stakeholders have visibility and input into the project, and maintaining alignment with project objectives. The Stakeholder Manager will engage with government bodies, local authorities, environment agencies, local interest groups, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Identify key stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, local authorities, environment agencies, local interest groups, and other relevant parties.
- Develop and implement a stakeholder management plan, ensuring regular engagement and communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate stakeholder-related risks, providing advice on potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular progress reports to the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting any stakeholder-related risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with the required departments to ensure compliance with any legal, financial, and corporate protocols.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Public Relations, or Communications. A Master's degree is preferred.

Knowledge and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in stakeholder management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented experienced **Stakeholder Engineer** to join our team. In this role you will get to **be responsible to secure authorities NOCs and Permits through the relevant portals and to liaise with the authorities personnel concerned for ensuring the approvals in a timely manner.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Experience in liaising and dealing with the approval process for infrastructure and buildings projects with the specific statutory authorities/stakeholders in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
+ Be able to clearly coordinate and manage the stakeholder and authorities' requirements within the construction supervision team and similarly communicate the consultant and client's requirements and objectives with the specific statutory authority/stakeholders.
+ Well versed in the authority requirements in Abu Dhabi with a focus on infrastructure project authority experience.
+ Have a detailed understanding of Authority processes, procedures and policies and ensure that these are adhered to during the design submission and review process.
+ Monitor and report on the status of all submissions, meetings, phone calls and any other relevant authority engagement.
+ Capable of reporting on authority liaison related matters via suitable media (written reports, tabulated status tracker sheets).A broad technical understanding of infrastructure sub-disciplines (roads, wet utilities, dry utilities).
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelors' degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any relevant Engineering discipline.
+ Minimum 10 years total experience in infrastructure projects.
+ Minimum 5 years experience in dealing with the approval process for infrastructure projects with the specific statutory authorities/stakeholders in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
+ Fluency in written and verbal communication.
+ Have strong leadership qualities and a track record of delivery.
+ Proven experience in innovation and process optimization.
+ Good time management ability, proactive and competence in prioritizing tasks and workload.
+ Proficient user of Microsoft Office software and Auto-CAD.
+ Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders.
+ Candidate should ideally have UAE driver's license.
