• Prepare and compile submission packages, including drawings, method statements, and supporting documentation, in line with authority requirem

• Use and manage relevant authority portals (Abu Dhabi NOC Program, TAMM, MOEI, ADDC, ADM, ADNOC, ADSSC, etc.) for submission, tracking, and foll
ow-up.
• Liaise with authority representatives, utility providers, and stakeholders to resolve technical comments and secure timely app
rovals.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, planning, and site teams to collect necessary documents and info
rmation.
• Maintain a permits/NOC log with up-to-date status, deadlines, and follow-up
actions.
• Attend coordination meetings with the client (TAQA), consultants, and subcontractors regarding NOC/permi
t matters.
