Job Role: Corporate Accounting Manager

• About the Job
• The Senior Manager will lead and support a team in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and secure digital archiving of all financial records.
• This role will oversee the analysis and consolidation of data to build and maintain a robust, centralized accounting database, while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• The manager will also assist in delivering high-quality financial services to internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and verification of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure all prior year documents are reviewed to identify any missing transactions or documents not currently available in digital form.
• Manage the planning and execution of internal & External audits, and support external audit processes related to special projects.
• Work closely with auditors, inspectors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and corporate requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Oversee and guide a small accounting team, providing mentorship and ensuring professional development.
• Prepare high-quality financial reports and analyses to inform senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts in the SAP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
• 7-9 years of experience in manufacturing.
