Day-to-day- Receive, check, and store incoming goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory controls.
- Issue supplies to departments in a timely manner.
- Support monthly stocktaking and reporting processes.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance for order accuracy and documentation.
- Previous experience in Stores, Purchasing, or a similar role.
- Preferably with IHG brand experience.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle stock efficiently and accurately.
- Team player with good communication abilities.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Contracts & Claims for a Retail Development project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This key role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts and claims management for the project, as well overseeing all activity as Project Lead.

+ Oversee the successful delivery and financial performance of the project.
