- Ensure effective replenishment as per the company standards.
- Responsible for the stockroom’s organization (standards, layout, efficiency).
- Responsible for RFID and its devices (PDA's and iPods, a good 25R) and works along with the Commercial team.
- Responsible for planning stockroom initiatives to come up with solutions to overcome capacity issues.
- Manage delivery productivity in line with Company targets.
- Oversee the complete delivery process across the store.
- Support the management team following the sale preparation plan to achieve targets set.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure the delivery and stockroom teams are fully trained.
- Participate in performance reviews for employees.
- Establish effective, consistent, and regular communication with the operations team.
- Ensure team schedules are followed as per the coverage planned.
HEALTH & SAFETY
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store.
- Awareness of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and maintain safe work practices at all times to overcome them.
- Promote work routines and environment to enhance the welfare of the teams.
- Actively communicate with the General services team to ensure maintenance.
