**Role Overview:**
As a Regional Sales Representative within the Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of the Caterpillar Specialized Commercial Solutions (CSCS) product offerings. Based in our Dubai office, you will collaborate with internal business partners and external dealers and customers to develop and implement sales strategies, analyse market trends, and support strategic initiatives that drive enterprise success.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Identify opportunities with new or existing customers to grow the CSCS generator set business
+ Manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets
+ Prepare sales forecasts and report on sales performance
+ Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to gather industry trends and customer insights
+ Representing CSCS and Cat Reman at trade events to strengthen industry presence
