As part of their Material Handling division, they are hiring a Service Engineer to provide service support, preventive maintenance, and repair solutions for Manual, Semi-Electric, and Fully Electric Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

The role involves diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of Manual, Semi-Electric, and Fully Electric Material Handling Equipment
• Address mechanical and electrical faults independently
• Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Install and commission new equipment at customer sites
• Offer product demonstrations and basic operational training to clients
• Provide post-installation support, routine service, and AMC visits

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid UAE Driving License

The ideal candidate will work across various sectors, maintain strong technical knowledge, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.

• Sell assigned industrial and construction products to private companies, government departments, and individuals.
• Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the company's product offerings.
• Identify and convert new prospects via media and cold calls.
• Communicate regularly with the Line Manager for updates, reviews, and process improvements.
• Gather and analyze information on competitors' products, pricing, and advantages/disadvantages.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and report any defaults to the Department Head.
• Promote post-sales service and maintenance contracts.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports, including customer visits, inquiries, planners, and quotation statuses.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial, construction, or material handling equipment sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform under pressure.
• Presentable appearance.
• Arabic speakers preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
