To establish and grow Parsons in the Middle East markets, including infrastructure, urban development, and defense and security, we seek a dynamic **Business Development Manager** to join our strategy and growth team. + 15+ years of experience industry experience inclusive of 5+ years in a business development capacity in similar markets in the Middle East.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and getting them onboard.
- Actively seek out new sales/business opportunities through regular customer visits and calls.
- Developing a new customer base along with retention of existing clientele.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Proactively search, qualify, develop, and engage in new customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate budget and target (monthly basis)
- Liaise with various departments in order to facilitate seamless execution of every shipment.
- Moving principal boxes on FIFO basis within free storage days.
- Create frequent reviews and reports regarding sales performance and outstanding payments.
