We are seeking a Senior Business Innovation Specialist to support and manage delivery of our project engagements, service delivery, and defined projects in Growth & Innovation as part of the Middle East team.
- Support and manage delivery of assigned innovation projects
- Document full needs description and solution requirements
- Active technology scouting and solution identification and validation
- Project due diligence research and documentation
- Communicate and facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders

The successful candidate will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong academic background (e.g. Engineering and/or Business) from a top-tier university
- 4-6 years experience in technology, research, innovation environments for this role
- Experience of planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical-based projects
- Formal project delivery tracking using Gantt charts or similar
- Demonstrable experience of leading and completing complex technical innovation projects
- Experience in understanding technical discussions and documentation
- Knowledge of open Innovation Methodology, Intellectual Property and Technology Scouting
- Certification in Innovation or Future Foresight from GIMI is highly preferable
- Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must
