As a Business Analyst on the Amazon Fresh Grocery Partnerships & Amazon Now team, you'll play a hands-on role in turning raw data into automated reports and live dashboards that power critical business decisions. Report Automation:
Design, develop, and maintain SQL-driven ETL scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into reporting tables

About the team
You'll join the Amazon Fresh Grocery Partnerships & Amazon Now Analytics team covering Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, an agile, high-energy group on a mission to bring fresh groceries and everyday essentials to customers' doors in just 15-20 minutes.
As part of this close-knit team, you'll see your analysis translate directly into smoother fulfillment, happier customers, and stronger partnerships across the GCC region
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
2+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL queries against large datasets
Practical experience building and maintaining dashboards in Data Visualisation Tools like; Tableau, Power BI or Amazon Quicksight
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset for identifying and resolving data-quality issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and collaborating across multiple teams (Operations, Product, Finance, and external partners)
Preferred Qualifications

The Vendor Operations team at Amazon is dedicated to guiding and supporting vendors to ensure a seamless experience when interacting with Amazon's systems. As a Business Development Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and strengthening our market presence across the UAE and beyond. Leveraging our multidisciplinary design expertise, you will develop strategies, build relationships, and oversee the full business development cycle from lead generation to project acquisition and closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Market Development
    • Develop business outlook and growth strategies tailored to our multidisciplinary design firms operations across multiple markets.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
    • Utilize modern marketing tools and strategies to support business goals.
  • Client & Industry Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
    • Coordinate clarifications with technical leads and manage client communications.
  • Bid & Proposal Management
    • Lead the entire bid process, including pre-qualification (PQQs), RFP analysis, strategy development, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
    • Prepare compelling, high-quality submissions that reflect the firms capabilities and value proposition.
    • Create and maintain project briefs, scope matrices, and responsibility frameworks for internal teams and sub-consultants.
    • Record lessons learned to continuously improve submissions and business development practices.
  • Collaboration & Internal Coordination
    • Work closely with technical leads and management to determine project resources and strategies.
    • Maintain proposal templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
    • Ensure effective coordination between business development, technical, and technology teams.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    • Prepare and maintain key documentation such as correspondence, meeting minutes, and records.
    • Stay informed about relevant regulations, authority requirements, and contract conditions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development within the AEC industry , consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools .
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, with strong expertise in client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth, ideally within (industry).
  • Experience in leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives is essential.
