The **In-House Marketing Manager** is responsible for overseeing all in-house marketing operations in Dubai. This includes direct supervision of the in-house marketing team, maintaining high conversion rates from resort occupancy, ensuring exceptional owner and guest experiences, and seamless coordination with Resort Operations, Front Line Sales, In-House Sales, and Corporate/Regional Marketing leadership.
This role is key to achieving budgeted tour flow goals while upholding brand integrity, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
**How You'll Shine:**
+ Directly manage the in-house marketing team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary.
+ Ensure total site marketing conversion is aligned with established company standards.
+ Monitor and resolve any issues related to tour statuses, bookings, coding, and guest interactions.
+ Maintain accurate and organized records, including invitations and daily tour manifests for audit and reference.
+ Prepare and distribute daily and weekly performance reports.
+ Track and compile team member performance data for evaluation and improvement.
+ Collaborate with In-House and Front Line Sales Managers to align on available tour seats and projected tour flow.
+ Communicate all relevant marketing and concierge updates clearly and promptly across departments.
+ Coordinate with sales leadership regarding updates or changes to marketing programs, including booking processes and gifting policies.
+ Submit accurate and timely employee payroll and commissions data.
+ Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as required by site or corporate leadership.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in timeshare sales and marketing required.
+ Management or supervisory experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar environment preferred.
+ Strong ability to engage with customers, sales teams, and resort staff in a professional and effective manner.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
+ Capable of managing multiple priorities and resolving issues in a high-paced environment.
+ Working knowledge of commission-based payroll systems preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently.
+ Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
+ Flexible availability required, including a rotating schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**JOB SUMMARY**
This position is responsible for strategically executing comprehensive digital service solutions across a set of hotels, within the Digital Field Marketing team. The Hotel Account Manager will support the available digital activation programs in combination with additional digital service packages offered to hotels.
The Hotel Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact with hotels. This individual strategizes, plans, directs and coordinates activities across multiple digital work streams to ensure strategies and tactics are implemented in order to meet hotel objectives. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of activities and deliverables in a timely matter, within budget and delivers comprehensive reporting against defined metrics. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager.
The Hotel Account Manager will execute, support and educate hotels with the approved Area campaign calendar (destination marketing, demand generation, loyalty, partnerships etc.) as set out by the area Director of Marketing, Digital and Loyalty in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
Education and Experience
+ 3+ years' experience in an online agency or client services position is required or equivalent experience
+ 2+ years' experience in leading project teams and implementing digital strategies or equivalent experience
+ BS/BA degree in marketing or related field or equivalent certification from higher education
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
Managing Work, Projects, and Policies
Delivers against all aspects of the Digital Marketing program and associated services to assigned hotels. This includes:
+ Ensures effective client communication
+ Schedules and leads all client calls throughout enrollment period.
+ Collects hotel specific information from clients regarding needs and expectations, answers questions about services, digital channels and Marriott initiatives.
+ Ensures appropriate documentation is delivered throughout program engagement.
+ Monitors the impact of the services versus goals, (including where they apply within each Hotel Marketing Plan), and proactively communicates with key stakeholders about need for changes in strategic direction.
Manages program deliverables within expected timelines
+ Tracks frequency and aligns consistent framework for hotel engagement.
+ Coordinates with Specialists in team to guarantee all deliverables are executed on time.
+ Reviews all hotel deliverables to ensure that they are on strategy and meet quality expectations.
+ Establishes digital key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusts program strategy and tactics based on hotel needs.
+ Develops customized digital business plans and presents to hotel stakeholders.
+ Makes strategic recommendations for additional services/tactics to enhance services to meet property goals.
+ Engages in frequent, active engagement with Senior Manager and continent Digital team(s) to ensure alignment, pull-through, and two-way communication about the status, performance, opportunities, and issues related to digital products, programs and initiatives.
+ Identifies and deploys resources required to execute program tactics and coordinates with Specialists to resolve or escalate performance issues.
Analyzes results and reports on progress
+ Monitors Hotels results and business goals on a monthly basis, exercising critical and analytical thinking of results.
+ Builds monthly reports to illustrate the impact of digital marketing initiatives and program tactics across various online verticals.
+ Schedules and leads meetings with clients to communicate program results; provides insights and answers questions about hotel performance in the respective digital channels.
+ Proactively looks for opportunities and makes recommendations for additional services/tactics to enhance services.
+ Answers hotel/owner questions, as appropriate.
Maintains client satisfaction and retention
+ Meets goals as defined by client satisfaction survey and annual renewal targets.
+ Proactively identifies add-on service opportunities to promote additional hotel customization and program evolution.
+ Ensures consistency in service throughout the agreement and when hotels are due for renewal, solicits reenrollment.
+ Establish and maintain 3rd party relationships with key partnerships that drive value to hotels.
Supporting Operations
+ Works with Specialist's to guarantee service tactics are executed on-time and at a high-quality.
+ Provides feedback to continually improve work processes and systems that support program execution.
+ Solicit feedback from properties to ensure program tactics meet their needs and demands.
+ Assists Senior Manager in successfully onboarding and training new employees.
+ Actively participates and engages in internal and external special projects to broaden skill set.
+ Engages in frequent communication with Digital & Marketing teams to align on project initiatives.
+ Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information on all properties' status and performance.
+ Supports department-wide efforts to improve Digital Service culture and work environment.
+ Contributes to Digital newsletter/bulletin updates for area.
+ Attends training and conferences to increase subject matter expertise and deepen skills.
+ Actively seeks out opportunities to learn more about the digital industry.

The Field Product Marketing Manager drives the local (geographical) product portfolio's life cycle in close collaboration with the Business Unit relevant product managers and the local Sales team. The Field Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the business management of the selected product portfolio in his/her geography, and for its commercial success. Geography and product portfolio may change depending on the needs of the business and/or strategic growth initiatives within the EMEA region. In this context, it may also be necessary to assume cross-country responsibilities.
The Field Product Marketing Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing local Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights to support defining needs for new product development and portfolio adjustments; and to support the design of marketing campaigns. He/she also represent the company in local standards committees and coordinate certification of localized products.
The Field Product Marketing Manager is the go-to person and the expert in their product portfolio in the supported local sales organization(s), and the main internal and external communicator about the products, who is fully able to translate technical features into commercial messaging. This position is a part of the EMEA Field Product Marketing organization.
**What you'll do:**
- Product Life Cycle Management on the Local Market:
- Conduct market gap and product fit analysis to select products fitting the particular market needs.
- Define price positioning (versus competitors) on the local market, including price groups. Ensure product margins and profitability for the relevant portfolio.
- Define the relevant service offer for the supported products together with sales and service team.
- Contribute to New Product Marketing Customer Requirements, including master data requirements and service requirements/opportunities.
- Provide new product price and price list modifications for their portfolio to be entered in the ERP tool and communicated to customers.
- Coordinate with sales to fill in BTA (Business Target Agreement) with regards to expected revenues and launch plan activities, for New Product Development projects.
- Own New Product Launches (NPL) in their portfolio for their geography (phase in/phase out), including providing forecast and financial expectations in yearly Profit Plans.
- Own End of Life process for their portfolio in their geography.
- Input into product local sales strategy and contribute to its execution with the sales team and partners.
- Help local Sales leadership develop and deploy an action plan to deliver the strategy and grow product sales (target specific customers, markets, channel, value prop including Go-To-Market strategy).
- Represent Eaton in local standards committee and norm groups related to the focus products.
- Coordinate certification of localized products and solutions with local test labs and authorities.
- Support Global Segment Content Marketing & Campaigns COE with insights to develop and update buyer personas and journey maps for selected personas.
- Provide educated insights to field segment demand generation team to possibly localize or alter the segment campaign (e.g. for a local hero product).
- Ensure adapted and relevant sales enablement content materials are developed (mainly by Product Lines), validate and apply any localization if/as needed (trainings, support material, tools for Sales).
- Deliver Value Sales trainings to sales teams and partners (commercial persona) related to their own product portfolio.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor´s degree in technical studies or/and marketing
+ 5+ years of experience in marketing/technical role in the Life Safety Indutry, especially Fire Alarm System, which should have allowed to develop an excellent understanding of the Middle East markets, channels and the related competitive landscape
+ Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing
+ Advanced knowledge of Electrical products and Fundamentals of electricity (advanced knowledge in EN/UL standards as well as Life Safety Codes is an advantage)
+ At ease to collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights.
+ understanding of demand generation campaigns, digital marketing
+ Fluent in English
+ Experience in working with cross functional teams in a dynamic environment
+ Experience of working within a matrix organization
+ Translation of technical features into commercial messaging
