**Job Description**
As a BIM Structural Engineers, you will be responsible for leading and managing the BIM process for various projects, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and best practices, and providing technical support and guidance to the project teams and facilitating effective collaboration between the project stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Developing and implementation of BIM execution plans, workflows, protocols, and quality control measures for each project.
+ Setting up the Common Data Environment and the orientation for the project team.
+ Strong understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650 workflows for information management.
+ Advanced knowledge of Revit Families creation and customization.
+ Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project execution plans.
+ Coordinate with the design team and building the BIM models to represent the design.
+ Proficiency in Dynamo for automation, parametric design, and process optimization.
+ Support the production team of BIM technicians to produce the design drawings.
+ Lead the coordination with the other disciplines involved in the design.
+ Coordinate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, to ensure BIM deliverables are aligned with project requirements and expectations.
+ Manage and maintain the BIM models and data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Coordinate the federated model setup for interdisciplinary review and clash resolution setup.
+ Perform clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution using BIM software and tools.
+ Knowledge of interoperability with other software (Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
+ Provide BIM training, support, and mentoring to the project teams and other staff members.
+ Research and evaluate new BIM technologies, methods, and trends, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
+ Research and evaluate the computational design process.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Experience in large-scale infrastructure structures projects such as Bridges, Tunnels, and Rail stations.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or similar role for large-scale infrastructure projects.
+ Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects and deadlines efficiently.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field.
+ Reasonable knowledge on the bridges and infrastructure design.
+ Proficient in BIM software and tools, such as Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, ACC, ProjectWise, Revit (medium level) and Dynamo scripts and code with knowledge of a relevant programming language (Preferably Python). is an added value.
+ Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices, such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and COBie is an advantage.
+ BIM Certification (e.g., RICS, Autodesk) preferred.
+ C# and Add-in creation is an advantage.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Structural Engineer (Bridge and Underpass)** to join our team! In this role you will get to assist in supervising the construction of bridges/viaducts works and associated items.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Report to the Resident Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of bridges/viaducts works and associated items.
+ Coordinate his direct activities with the other engineers and members of the construction supervision team.
+ Assist the Resident Engineer in reviewing of shop drawings, design proposals, method statements and other activities including correspondence related to the bridges section and prepare replies for the review of the Resident Engineer.
+ Coordinate with Parsons' design engineers for resolution of related issues.
+ Maintain the daily diary and the daily reports by the inspectors.
+ Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
+ Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors as applicable.
+ Convene and chair special meetings with the service authorities, the contractor, subcontractors and other parties related to his work.
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
+ Ensure safety goals are achieved on the project and oversee implementation of safety procedures on the project.
+ Prepare / Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
+ Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer and the project safety representatives.
+ Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer to issue site instructions with respect to utilities works and associated items.
+ Check and measure the performed work in his line of work, record and assist the Resident Engineer to display progress vs. programmed work.
+ Ensure correctness and completeness of 'as-built' drawings within his line of work.
+ Keep necessary records and as-built records and take charge of the handing over of the structural works to the respective service authorities and assist the contractor to obtain necessary final clearance.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university is required.
+ Minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in design review and construction supervision of Post-tension vehicular bridges, underpass and large diameter piling works.
+ Should be able to review and justify the material submissions, analyze laboratory and technical reports, carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures, ensuring the compliance with the project's specifications.
+ Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with an excellent capability in written technical skills.
+ RTA approval is an advantage.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Experience in all aspects of civil supervision of major bridges and infrastructure projects in the Gulf region is preferred.
+ Engineering consultancy experience within UAE/GCC is preferable.

**Job Description**
Job Summary
The Structural Engineer will work under the guidance of the Resident Engineer and the Project Manager and will join the team of design and construction supervision works on various types of structures on major roadway projects. Projects include design of new highways and interchanges and upgrading/rehabilitation of existing roads.
+ Report to the Senior Engineer and assist in supervising the construction of bridges/roads works.

**Qualifications**

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
+ Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in the UAE
+ RTA Pre-Approval is highly desirable
+ Professional engineering license or equivalent certification is a plus
