Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of client systems, networks, and applications to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.

- Ensure threat controls and systems are reviewed for appropriate, effective, and optimal configuration.
- Identify and track IT risks and gaps and collaborate with clients on remediation activities.
- Responsible for threat activity reporting and insight on client IT technology assets.
- Manage ad-hoc review and reporting requests from stakeholders.
- Research and implement new technologies and processes to enhance security maturity.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to influence remediation efforts and garner support for investments in information security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent discipline.
- Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, OSCE, CREST, GPEN, SANS GWAPT preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Python, or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and code development.
- Knowledge of malware scanning tools and threat modeling frameworks.
- Familiarity with security scanning solutions such as Tenable Security Center, Qualys, etc.
- Strong technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think analytically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic Purpose of the role:
To support SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co.'s resilience planning and emergency response internally and externally by the preparation of risk assessments, emergency plans, exercises and training events and maintenance of equipment and materials to deal with all emergency situations under the directions of Corporate Emergency planning Manager in order to react and co-ordinate resources in times of Emergency which can be in or out of normal office hours.
Key responsibilities:
- The main task of the emergency planning Officer will be to support the emergency planning senior officer and manager in all aspects of emergency planning and will deputise for them in their absence.
- To provide advice and consultancy to HCF to ensure that they can carry on functioning in the event of an emergency;
- To provide assistance and support to the emergency Assessment and planning manager to ensure corporate compliance with SEHA EOP.
- To work with partner agencies on joint initiatives to improve resilience within the community and amongst professional partners.
- To provide support to Group Readiness & Business Continuity Department to update the Emergency Operation Plan and Policies
- To co-ordinate SEHA Healthcare facilities response in an emergency during and outside of normal office hours

- To participate in identifying the training needs of, and, where required, coordinating the necessary training for SEHA staff

Job Purpose
The Assessment and Exams Specialist is responsible for the planning, administration and coordination of internal / external assessments and examinations across the school. The role ensures that exams and assessments are accurate and checked prior to implementation in compliance with educational standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment Planning & Development
- Implement school-wide assessment strategies aligned with the curriculum.
- Coordinate the development and review of formative and summative assessment tools across grade levels.
Exam Administration
- Oversee all logistics related to internal and external exams (e.g., term-end, standardized tests).
- Prepare examination timetables and seating plans in consultation with academic staff and the school operations team.
- Ensure the secure storage and confidentiality of exam papers and results.
- Coordinate the printing, distribution, and collection of exam materials.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and exam results.
- Work in collaboration with school leadership to ensure data, monitoring and reporting systems are in place to capture point-in-time learning progress for all students, as well as for summative assessment and external assessment, such as MAP and Arabic Assessments.
- Prepare detailed reports for internal use and external stakeholders, including school leadership and regulatory bodies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure assessment and exam procedures comply with school policies and any relevant external board or ministry regulations.
- Serve as liaison with examination boards and regulatory authorities.
- Implement best practices to uphold academic integrity and prevent malpractice.
Communication & Support
- Communicate assessment schedules, policies, and results to students, parents, and staff.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on assessment procedures and software systems (e.g., LMS, SIS).
- Ensure NCE systems provide parents with easy-to-understand information to support their children's progress, growth trajectory and next steps for learning.
- Offer support for students with special needs or exam-related concerns.
- Support the development of data systems and dashboards to provide high-quality and strategic assessment data sources for school and system leaders, on a weekly, monthly, termly, annual and multi-year basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline
- Mathematics or IT background, prefered
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exam coordination or supporting assessment design within an educational institution.
- Knowledge of various educational boards and exam regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and school management systems.
- Experience of working in a ADEK Charter School or Abu Dhabi Government/Private Schools advantageous although not essential.
