The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead the Student Counseling Center and provide strategic direction and leadership for the center in Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses.
The incumbent will manage the daily operations of the center, oversee clinical work and supervision, prepare for events and outreach programming, and continuously review and develop policies and procedures for meeting international standards.
The Responsibilities
- Develop job descriptions, assign staff duties and responsibilities, and ensure professional development opportunities are available.
- Oversee empirically-valid and culturally-sensitive psychological and counseling services while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

- Develop strategies and policies to promote empirically-valid counseling services and best practices for Zayed University students.

The Requirements
