The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Imvent, ensuring an organized and efficient environment that supports creative production. This role involves managing studio logistics, resources, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring all equipment and resources are in working order.
- Schedule and coordinate studio bookings, managing conflicts and accommodating multiple projects.
- Maintain inventory of studio equipment, ordering replacements or repairs as necessary.
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
- Coordinate with the creative and production teams to understand upcoming projects and plan studio usage accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including equipment rental and repair services.
- Prepare studio spaces for photoshoots, video shoots, and other production needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in studio management or production coordination.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of studio equipment and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
