As a Studio Assistant, you should have solid experience in updating logs, storing, setting up and transporting production equipment.
Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with the Studio Stylist and production team on a daily basis to meet the needs of studio.
- Follow studio style guide to style a wide variety of products with consistently high quality, balanced with efficiency.
- Style a rail of clothing / upload samples, including all accessories in full looks and present to the styling manager for approval on a daily basis.
- Have sound up to date knowledge of designers, brands and trends and the websites editorial pages, stay up to date with the latest going-ons in the fashion trends and industry.
- Build relationships with the wider teams, photographers, studio manager and buyers to ensure cohesive communication.
- Meet daily targets and deadlines. Support less experienced members of the team with work load when required.
- Ensure no more than 2% of images are reshot per week. Capable of styling tricky items and special projects at very tight deadlines.
- Be able to identify areas for a more efficient and smoother work flow and feedback to the styling manager and studio coordinator.
- Responsible for own reshoots and coordinating with the team on this, managing own work load / flow.
- Meet image deadline for weekly uploads and reporting to the Styling Manager and Studio Stylist at the end of the day with feedback.
- Develop and organize the styling wardrobe, ensuring it is up to date with new samples and well organized.
- Ensure sample stock is not mishandled and treated with great care, lead by example.
- Continuously evaluate model poses, product representation and retail landscape.
- Understand the flow within the studio on-set and partner with studio operations team to identify new efficiencies.
- Must be able to cross style between on model, flat and product styling.
