Nair Systems is currently looking for Business Analyst-Risk Management for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Job Description:
Dedicated Business analyst to work on risk management projects requirements assessment and analysis, facilitating requirement gathering and analysis, liaise with customers to understand the business requirements, translating it to technical solutions recommendations.
Should be conversant in understanding the Risk Management domain specifically in Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk.
Role Purpose:
Leads the planning, solution design & analysis, data transformational logic from source to destination, business logic understanding of risk management projects for systems
Gather detailed requirements from Risk Management team for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing products.
Ability to work directly with Business units to develop user requirements and report specifications
Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SME’s and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met within a software package.
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete assignments.
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress
Execute the adhoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal IT Objectives related to Bank including international expansion.
Involve in multiple assignments encompassing new product introductions, vendor selection and contract preparation
Able to work closely with Bank’s business users in Group risk management to understand the business requirements & prepare solution data/field/table mappings & transformations needed for various Risk management project including CB UAE requirements.
Previous experience required (if any)
Typically, 8-10 years as Business Analyst / Techno Functional Support with at least 2 years in Risk Management domain in reputed organization; have had responsibility for a numerous successful project (delivered on time, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction), including some complex projects, and projects involving a number of project staff and clients.
Should have experience in implementing finance risk applications in areas of credit, market and operational risk areas.
Experience in regulatory reporting is added advantage Market Risk, IFR9, Early Warning, ICAAP and other Central Bank reports.
Language Required: Fluency in English and Arabic
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
The selected candidates shall join Nair Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
