Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehousing to ensure seamless product flow across multiple markets.
- Demand & Inventory Optimisation: Use forecasting and planning to balance working capital with service levels across a multi-depot network.
- Logistics & Distribution: Drive inbound (imports, customs) and outbound (customer deliveries) logistics for superior OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to OEM standards, international trade requirements, and full supply chain traceability.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Lead the S&OP process to integrate supply and demand planning across sales, finance, and operations.
- Systems & Automation: Champion ERP/WMS optimisation and process innovation to shorten lead times and enable scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Extensive experience in international procurement, logistics, and regional supply chain leadership.
- CIPS, CPSM, or similar certifications are advantageous.
- Strong ERP/WMS and procurement system expertise.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in emerging markets or complex, multi-country environments is highly desirable.
