**Role Responsibilities**
+ Proactively collaborate with customers to improve service and satisfaction, enhancing supply chain flows between Diageo and its partners by focusing on cash, cost, and value.
+ Ensure that all Diageo Supply Functions deliver a positive service experience to customers.
+ Coordinate the end-to-end customer order process with Diageo functions and customers to ensure on-time and in-full execution in line with approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Latest Estimate (LE) shipment plans.
+ Monitor operational-level service with customers using internal tools like Qlik and customer scorecards, owning Service and Out of stock KPIs as well as SLOBs on the BPM process.
+ Maintain weekly and monthly supply reporting as a part of S&OE process.
+ Oversee the replenishment process, including order placement for Lebanon customers for both Diageo and LVMH portfolios. Arrange logistics for the LVMH portfolio with third-party logistics providers.
+ Plan and schedule finished goods supply from port to customers in Lebanon, considering demand volatility, lead times, repacking needs, customs clearance capacity, and inventory targets.
+ Manage monthly SAP APO submissions along with associated data maintenance.
+ Lead the supply review of unconstrained demand forecasts within the MENA Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to identify risks and opportunities. Collaborate with demand planners and commercial teams during pre-demand and demand reviews.
+ Own and manage the product allocation process while acting as a key link between sales, marketing, customer service, and planning teams.
+ Supervise portfolio management activities, encompassing but not limited to coordinating the launch and phase-out processes for new SKUs, coordination of listing and pricing process, creating new SKUs for Lebanon, maintaining CVC codes, and optimizing and maintaining the portfolio.
+ Optimize replenishment planning, order management, and supply processes through continuous review of tools, methods, reports used; seek best practices alongside customers, 3PL & Diageo teams. Ensure simplification and standardization in processes.
+ Ensure cost and cash optimization; lead structural reductions in Inventory, SLOBs, Stock-in-trade and Finished goods in transit as well as rework materials SLOBs.

+ Coordinate inventory of refurbished items to ensure excellent availability while minimizing excesses or wastefulness.
+ Develop and manage effective relationships with 3 PL providers to ensure product availability.
+ Support developing the capacity and competence of 3 PL and rework vendors to ensure most cost effective and efficient rework process.
+ Plan and schedule reworks with the 3 PL provider considering demand volatility, lead times, repacking capacity as well as inventory targets
+ Lead or support the development and optimization of Route to markets and Route to customers to support strategic MENA goals in Revenue, NSV and Cash.

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive, to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.
Key job responsibilities
The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize the overall business risk and maintaining the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization as it serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind business objectives. Being organized, act promptly in notifying off-operational situation, problem solver, detailed oriented are part of your DNA.
At the same time, you will be supporting the Program team who works on the back-end to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and Partners best experience.
Ideal candidate should have experience in managing end to end payments processes, raising POs, strong in excel skills, dive deep in large data across multiple tools and dashboards and work closely with internal and external stake holders to ensure on time payments as per SLAs.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older
