We are seeking a Logistics Specialist Intern to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and materials.


Job Description:

As a Logistics Specialist Intern, you will be working closely with our logistics team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring inventory levels to maintain proper stock levels.
  2. Receiving parts, maintaining inventory, and checking out parts.
  3. Loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between locations.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of all commodities moving in and out of the company.

Our internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks. Intern schedules are typically Monday-Friday.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • UAE National with family book.
  • Currently in your penultimate year of a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar.
  • Fluent in English.

The role of Procurement Manager is a pivotal position within the organization's procurement and logistics group. This team focuses on providing aircraft services as well as general services, with a strong emphasis on cost mitigation through effective contract negotiation and management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sourcing events and contracts to meet business operational needs in line with the company's procurement policy and procedures manual.

Qualification Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below qualification requirements:


Qualifications:
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • Recommended qualifications: minimum of one of the following qualifications: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, IPSCMI, CIPP, CPPP, CISCP, CICCM, CIPN, CITLP, CISM, CMPO, or an advanced qualification to manage procurement and supply chain on an international scale.
Experience and Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation or related industry.

Warehouse & Distribution: Lead central warehouses and production facility storage/dispatch, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and space optimization. Logistics & Last Mile: Manage transport planning and execution for production deliveries, store replenishment, and B2B catering flows, ensuring OTIF performance and SLA adherence. Supply Chain Systems & Analytics: Ensure SAP master data accuracy, and actionable KPI dashboards.
  • Performance & Budget Ownership
    Own and deliver against KPIs covering service, cost, and efficiency. Manage supply chain budgets, ensuring cost optimization without compromising service levels. Benchmark against industry standards (local, regional, international) and implement best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management
    Act as the key interface with Commercial (Category Management), Production (Catering/Flour Country), and Retail Operations. Build strong partnerships with Finance to balance cost, working capital, and service delivery. Represent Supply Chain in group governance forums, providing transparency and accountability.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline; master's preferred.
  • 15+ years' experience in supply chain, including leadership of multi-BU or multi-site operations.
  • Strong track record in grocery retail and/or food manufacturing/distribution environments .
  • Proven expertise in warehouse operations, logistics network design, and procurement governance.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ERP/SAP.
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term vision and operational realities.
