Key Responsibilities include:
- Inventory Control: Utilize ERP systems effectively for inventory management, prepare replenishment requisitions, call-off purchase orders, and verify buying descriptions.
- Conduct technocommercial evaluations in collaboration with Maintenance Technical Support and Procurement teams.
- Coordinate with Procurement and end-users to manage outstanding purchase service requisitions and repairable item returns.
- Monitor stock levels for plant shutdowns and overhauls ensuring timely replenishment.
- Review and analyze inventory quotations for technical and commercial viability.
- Address nil stock and unfulfilled demands with appropriate replenishment actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory data for optimized procurement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management is required. A minimum of 6 years' experience in inventory control and technical support within a large industrial organization is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, and ERP systems is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, as well as proficiency in ERP and commercial applications. Effective communication and coordination skills are also required.
