Job Description
As a delivery consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to and lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will work with and guide your project team to develop, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure project processes and deliverables in your area are met. In addition to project-related activities, you will also manage and contribute to proposal development, demonstrating the application to potential customers and play an important role in building our Supply Chain capabilities and offerings.
As an experienced consultant you will be a self-starter and have strong functional skills in the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud, backed up by proven hands-on experience, ideally across different industries. You will have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to communicate effectively with customer stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations. You will work across a wide variety of customers and play a key role in some of the most exciting Supply Chain implementations across the Middle East region.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- 8+ Years of functional experience delivering Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications.
- Multiple full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles. Experience in both Demand Management and Supply Planning is a must.
- Experience leading streams of work and delegating / managing small teams of consultants both on-shore and off-shore.
- Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
- Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently.
- Strong client facing, communication and client management skills.
- A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
- Ability to travel to client sites.
- Demonstrable functional skills in : Supply PlanningDemand Management incl. replenishment planning
- Preferably additional functional skills in at least one of the following areas : S&OPManufacturing SchedulingBackorder Management

ROLE PURPOSE:
- Overseeing and coordinating various planning functions, including demand and supply planning, production and transport planning, material replenishment planning etc.
- Translating mid-term to long-term plants into a granular-level short-term (capacity) schedule.
- Ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes while meeting customer demand and organizational goals.
What you’ll be doing:
-Long-term planning to balance required and available capacity as well as monitor and adjust production plans accordingly in (weekly) coordination with the Plant Manager.
- Lead and involvement in the S&OP process.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Plant and Sales Team) to develop and maintain demand forecasting models for trading goods and as input for production plan according to the S&OP requirements incl. analyze historical data and market trends to generate accurate forecasts
- Develop production schedules and plans based on demand forecasts taking optimization of production efficiency while minimizing costs into account as well as coordinate with Plant Team to ensure production targets are met.
- Ensure materials & other relevant items are available as needed for production/customer taking supply lead time, vendor constraints & transportation constraints into account (MRP for raw materials & trading goods incl. Purchase Order).
- Translate forecasts into inventory plan as well as manage inventory levels to reduce carrying costs while meeting customer demand by balancing orders, demand and material inventory data together with Procurement and Warehousing Team (safety stock, reorder points, etc.)
- Involved in the SLA creation for Supply Chain matters.
- Identify possible future capacity constraints & bottlenecks in the SC.
- Measure, analyze & report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement & cost reduction.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain planners incl. setting clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- FMCG/Retail: Experience in managing supply chains for fast-moving consumer goods or retail industries.
- Solar Industry: Knowledge of solar industry-specific supply chain requirements and regulations.
- eCommerce: Experience in managing supply chains for e-commerce businesses, including managing high volumes and fast turnaround times.
