The Head Nurse assumes a pivotal position in the operating room, overseeing its smooth functioning. Essential responsibilities include adhering to operating room attire policies and procedures, preparing rooms and assembling instruments and equipment according to patient surgical requirements.

• Demonstrate expertise in aseptic techniques to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
