We are seeking a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong emphasis on diagnostic screenings as the foundation of patient care. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in integrating functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and wellness-focused treatments to assist in managing and treating chronic diseases. This role requires a holistic, patient-centered approach to health management, ensuring comprehensive, evidence-based, and personalized nursing care with a strong focus on preventive care and patient education.Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnostic Screenings & Preventive Nursing CareConduct comprehensive diagnostic screenings, including vital signs monitoring, metabolic assessments, and blood sample collection.Assist in evaluating patient health history, lifestyle factors, and risk assessments for chronic disease prevention.Collaborate with physicians to develop customized wellness and preventive care plans.Utilize evidence-based nursing interventions to support early disease detection and overall patient well-being.2. Functional & Regenerative Medicine SupportAssist in administering and monitoring functional and regenerative therapies.Educate patients on holistic health strategies aligned with functional and regenerative medicine principles.Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust care protocols in collaboration with the medical team.3. Chronic Disease Management & Holistic Nursing CareSupport physicians in managing patients with chronic conditions.Provide patient-centered nursing interventions to promote healing, recovery, and disease prevention.Work closely with clinical practitioners to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary care.4. Patient Education & Lifestyle CoachingEducate patients on preventive care, disease management, and holistic health practices.Guide nutrition, hydration, sleep hygiene, stress management, and exercise.Support patient adherence to treatment plans by offering counseling and motivational coaching.Assist in conducting patient workshops, wellness seminars, and educational programs on functional medicine.5. Compliance, Medical Ethics & Clinical StandardsEnsure full compliance with DHA regulations, infection control protocols, and ethical nursing standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR), including patient assessments, treatments, and progress tracking.Adhere to sterile techniques and safety protocols in all patient care procedures.Participate in continuing medical education (CME) programs to stay updated on emerging nursing practices in functional and regenerative medicine.6. Collaborative & Multidisciplinary Team ApproachWork closely with physicians and practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care.Participate in clinical case discussions and contribute to the development of nursing care protocols.Engage in team training, mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient safety and clinical efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
