Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full sustainability reporting cycle (data collection materiality assessments stakeholder engagement assurance) in line with GRI CDP SASB and UN SDG frameworks
Manage and improve ESG ratings certifications and disclosures (MSCI ESG Sustainalytics EcoVadis etc.)
Oversee multi-year cross-functional initiatives (renewable energy integration energy & water efficiency sustainable procurement waste reduction employee engagement)
Leverage digital ESG tracking and analytics tools to drive performance improvements
Requirements:
4 years of sustainability experience in utilities or energy/water sectors blending strategy-consulting and corporate roles
Proven track record designing and implementing corporate sustainability and decarbonization strategies
Hands-on expertise with end-to-end sustainability reporting and materiality assessments
Experience managing ESG ratings/certifications and enhancing disclosure quality
Strong program-management skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Bachelor's in Engineering Environmental Science Business (Master's preferred)

ContextWe are looking for a Sustainability and Environmental profile to lead the sustainability and environmental initiatives for a significant metro rail project.
