Job Description

The primary goal of the job holder will be to oversee the management of installation and perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. Building automation systems must be maintained in accordance with ASHRAE, OSHA, and indoor air quality standards.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations at a large-scale event site.

Maintenance and service repairs are performed on pneumatic controls, electric controls, and humidity controls.

Technical support is developed and implemented for the chiller plant, including controls and mechanical aspects. This includes maintenance and service repairs on split system air conditioning units such as coils, pressure and temperature controls, mechanical unloaders, glycol feeders, thermal energy storage plants, and CFC data recordings to comply with EPA standards.

Maintenance and service repairs are performed for heating systems such as hot water boilers, steam boilers, glycol feeders, boiler combustion efficiencies, and all gas-fired systems.

Maintenance and service repairs are performed on custom and packaged air handling units, unit ventilators, cabinet unit heaters, chilled and hot water fan coils units, and exhaust fans.

Maintenance and service repairs are performed on control air compressors and refrigerated air dryers.

Building automation systems such as LCP, direct digital controls, networking, and building control upgrades are supported and implemented.

Indoor air quality control measures are implemented and confidential reports are prepared for risk management on IAQ issues. Technical support is provided in resolving problems.

Preventive maintenance programs are developed and supervised contractors within the district.

Water conditions in hot water and chilled water systems are monitored and tested using chemical treatments and glycol.

Maintenance and service repairs are performed on hot water and chilled water piping, along with air and hydronic balancing.

Other trades may be assisted as needed.

Education/Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training is required.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods are required.

Outstanding communication skills are essential.

Attention to detail and a result-driven approach are necessary.

Reliability and trustworthiness are expected.

The ability to train, instruct, and oversee other trades workers is required.

Advanced knowledge of Direct Digital Controls, refrigeration systems, and asbestos awareness is preferred.

Proficiency with personal computers and peripherals is necessary.

Skills:

English language proficiency is essential.

Personal computer and keyboarding skills are necessary.

Effective communication and teamwork skills, especially with diverse backgrounds, are expected.

Job Opportunity: Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations System Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce CRM and business intelligence capabilities.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage and technically administer Goodway Group's business systems (with a primary focus on Salesforce)
  • Assess, advise, prioritize, and re-configure business systems to drive best practices that maximize the value of the tech stack to best support current and future-state org needs
  • Lead business system integration across the org-wide tech stack
  • Optimize and automate CRM and related process flows and tools
  • Enable and empower users to get the most out of the tools through training, documentation, and support
  • Data Management:
  • Build, manage, and support the process and cadence of Business Intelligence KPI updates for the organization
  • Compile and deliver timely, relevant business intelligence reporting and dashboards that help leadership identify trends, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
  • Optimize and automate BI processes
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold Advanced Administrator Salesforce credentials along with extensive experience working in the Sales Cloud
  • Be proficient in Salesforce custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and data architecture
  • Have a growth mindset and love problem solving and critical thinking
  • Have strong project management abilities and be comfortable working on multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how those processes are managed in technical environments
  • Have developed analytical skills that allow you to identify trends and interpret complex systems and data
  • Be a collaborator who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and balancing stakeholder system requirements
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information to audiences of all backgrounds
  • Be highly adaptable and organized, with strong time management, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills
