Job Title: Pressure Control System Manager

To oversee the effective management of pressure control systems across various business units.

• Develop and implement strategies for combined BOP fleet management.
• Establish metrics to track BOP utilization and set achievable yearly targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with external organizations relevant to pressure control equipment.
• Consolidate manufacturing and service records across different ERPs used in the organization.
• Update certification requirements divided by geographical location and customer base.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for maintenance and record keeping transferable across different business units.
• Select and develop service agreements between business units for fleet management purposes.
• Liaise with business units to provide pressure control equipment as per the service agreement.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of pressure control equipment.

We are seeking a skilled Building Management System (BMS) technician to join our team. As a BMS technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our building management system.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BMS System Implementer to join our team. As a key member of the delivery team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) across commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and retrofit projects for BMS systems. You will report directly to the Operations Supervisor, Aftermarket Controls Segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BMS solutions using the latest technologies and control philosophies.

• Program and commission Direct Digital Control (DDC) controllers and field devices including sensors, differential pressure transmitters (DPTs), and valve actuators.

• Install and configure BMS hardware and software components.

• Conduct system operation training for end users and prepare comprehensive handover documentation.

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 3 Years Diploma in Electrical /Electronic engineering or equivalent.

• At least 4 years of experience in BMS or HVAC system installation, commissioning, and servicing.

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents.

• Experience handling emergency breakdowns and service calls.

• Skilled in preparing and managing Planned Preventive Maintenance schedules and reports.

• Proficient in creating regular Planned Preventive Maintenance reports, schedules, and ensure all the PPMs have been completed as per schedule and contract terms.

Preferred Qualifications
