Our client, one of the world’s leading sports resorts, is looking for an Application Technical Support (ERP) to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

You will report directly to the IT Manager, Application Technical Support , is responsible for customizing and supporting companies’ business applications and web applications for the whole entities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Providing L2 support services software for an organization’s employeesTechnical Support for ERP-Dynamics 365 FO, CRM, POS systemsExpertise in report development in ERP D365 system, BI report development, Power Platform, data export and importProficient in Mobile apps and web applicationsTechnical experience in.NET, ADO.Net, X+, D365 workflow, Visual Studio, SQL Server, Java ScriptKnowledge in managing Azure / AWS serverRequired to co-ordinate with vendor, support, implement and train internal usersProviding first-level support to the users and managing ERP applications up and runningMaintaining existing software, hardware and upgradingFollow company policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the success of the ResortTo maintain the highest standard of conduct, professionalism, uniform, appearance and hygieneTo perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably requireRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Bachelor of Technology), BSC or equal degree Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as Application Developer and Technical Support in the UAE Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, exchange, and database maintenance and system securityExperience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metricsAbility to determine IT needs and train end-usersAbility to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT supportHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong interpersonal and communication skills.

We are seeking a talented **AVL Program - Technical and Documentation Support Engineer** who will join our EMEA **AVL Program** Team, responsible of getting our product range approved by targeted customer, by using engineering skillset.
**What you'll do:**
+ Focus on Utility & Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas segments and on all product range and initially on Medium voltage products - later expanding to cover the full Eaton portfolio, and others segments, by using technical engineering skillset.
+ Gather necessary technical engineering inputs from other stakeholders to respond to AVL needs
+ Fill technical AVL application forms on customers systems
+ Lead product technical knowledge and coordinate with other business units
+ Possess detailed knowledge of assigned segment standards and best practices
+ Discuss technical bids, explain bid formation, and suggest beneficial changes or deviations for clients and Eaton
+ Prepare compliance statements and write positive deviations
+ Create narratives to highlight reasons for choosing Eaton, emphasizing the technical and value proposition
+ Identify opportunities to package the full Eaton scope and upsell
+ Prepare presentations and value propositions for clients and engage in technical clarification meetings
+ Prepare testing action plan for factories according to customer needs
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required
+ 5+ years of experience in a similar position ( Project management, Electrical industry, Technical and engineers coordination, .)
**Skills:**
+ Large technical knowledge on all electrical power train with a particular focus on MV / LV switchgear and transformer systems and management and control technology thereof
+ Project management skills
+ Process and continuous improvement mindset
+ Agility, Problem solving and Critical thinking
+ Communication collaboration skills
+ Approved vendor list/certification process knowledge
+ Project documentation, QA/QC, EHS process knowledge
