We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:- Liaise between IT and business departments, working as an IT subject matter expert for general business operations.
- Collaborate with teams across the Bank to gain a deeper understanding of diverse business domains and identify opportunities for further refinement of IT applications and work processes.
- Optimize approaches and build consistency in demand analysis, requirements prioritization, solution evaluation, system delivery, and value realization assessment of IT solutions.
- Lead the IT demand collection exercise during the annual Bank-wide Business Planning & Budgeting cycle.
- Contribute to strategic plans by providing insights on technology trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Propose solutions for business units, support solution design, and full project cycle delivery.
- Support Digital Project Managers in business analysis activities to develop systems and solutions for various IT applications.
- University degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience in business analysis, including IT demand management, stakeholder management, and system implementation.
- Experience in the banking environment, particularly in IT demand management, stakeholder management, and system implementation.
- Demonstrated expertise in gathering and defining requirements, managing process flows, and developing business use-case scenarios.
- Understanding of process modelling and agile and waterfall IT system rollout methodologies.
- Strong business and technology acumen.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
- Experience : 15+ years in rail systems safety and assurance.
- Education : Bachelor’s in Systems/Safety/Electrical Engineering.
- Certifications : RAMS (EN 50126/28/29); IEC 62443 cybersecurity (preferred).
- Standards & Compliance : EN 5012x, ISO 9001, IEC 62443, NFPA 130.

Analyze data from multiple operational systems, including
Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) systems (transaction monitoring, name screening, CDD, and fraud detection).
Reconciliation systems (both financial and transactional).
Call center and customer support systems.

Identify system-level process gaps and inefficiencies; propose actionable solutions and automation opportunities.

Liaise and collaborate with partner program managers, partner managers, and roles in industrialisation, quality, and other plant operations, along with CSOs for initial price setting, certification, operational support, and business & marketing plans to accelerate partner growth.
Provide market and customer feedback to product lines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering is a must.
Minimum 5 years related experience with partner business busway system.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, business products, and applications.
Experience with engineer-to-order business setup for Busway Systems.
Experience in customer negotiations, preferably global.
Proven experience in developing business strategy, planning, budgeting, and analytical skills.
Leadership skills in a matrix organisation.
Experience in setting up and managing partners is essential.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
International sales and marketing experience.
Effective strategic thinking and change management skills.
Intercultural awareness.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
