Manage, supervise, plan and monitor technology enterprise architecture practices at Employer's level, in close collaboration with the digital strategy section and Employer's technology departments to implement Employer's technology roadmap in line with Dubai Government vision and direction, Employer's business needs, and Dubai citizens and customer expectations.RequirementsCitizenship: UAE National Experience: 3 - 5 years + Education # Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Skills # Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation. # Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple concurrent projects. # Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints. # Ability to initiate and direct strategy and enterprise architecture initiatives and roadmaps in support of strategic and operational goals. # Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes. # Knowledge in strategy practices such as Balance Score Card (BSC), PESTEL, SWOT, enterprise architecture standards such as TOGAF, and Project / Portfolio management practices. # Minimum 7 years of experience as a senior enterprise architecture, or key role in an enterprise architecture function. # Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes, and coaches’ employees to meet high performance standards. # Excellent enterprise architecture, strategy and project governance skills to develop and direct consultants and enterprise architects. # Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing. # Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. # Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering a wide variety of applications. Salary Range: AED 3,000 - AED 3,500

Job Description: We are seeking a talented Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs. You will work closely with the frontend developers and other stakeholders to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs for web applications.
  2. Work with databases to ensure data integrity, scalability, and security.
  3. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  4. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
  5. Implement security and data protection measures.
  6. Debug and troubleshoot server-related issues.
  7. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
  8. Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the development team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
  3. Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
  4. Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
  5. Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  6. Experience with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  7. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  8. Strong understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability principles.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Experience with microservices architecture.
  2. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  3. Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  4. Experience with caching technologies like Redis or Memcached.
