Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & Project Execution
Design and implement large-scale recruitment projects (100+ roles) across business units and locations.
Manage end-to-end hiring lifecycle , from workforce planning to onboarding, across multiple verticals (e.g., commercial, tech, operations, finance, engineering).
Identify gaps, propose hiring strategies, and continuously improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience KPIs.
Global Sourcing & Employer Branding
Develop global sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools using job boards, social media, industry networks, and referral programs.
Partner with marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding and elevate the company’s position in key talent markets.
Represent the company at recruitment fairs, industry events, and campus partnerships.
Team Building & Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing in-house recruitment team , including specialists and coordinators.
Coach and mentor junior recruiters, setting KPIs, workflows, and quality standards.
Implement tools, systems, and processes to scale recruitment operations and analytics.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on hiring strategy, market mapping, and talent trends .
Provide weekly dashboards and reports on hiring performance, bottlenecks, and strategic insights.
Align talent acquisition efforts with organisational growth, DEI, and workforce planning strategies.
8–10+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or program delivery role .
Proven track record in high-volume, cross-functional, and international hiring (including executive, tech, and operational roles).
Experience building and scaling internal recruitment teams and processes from scratch.
Strong sourcing toolkit – ATS systems, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards.
Exceptional stakeholder management, project delivery, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of talent markets in the GCC, Asia, Europe, and/or Africa is a strong plus.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; certifications in talent acquisition are a plus.

Job Purpose
The Talent & Engagement Specialist is responsible for internationalising key people initiatives across the organisation. Sitting between strategic leadership and administrative support, this role is execution-focused but requires depth of knowledge and the ability to lead complex rollouts across four focus areas:
- Learning and Development (30%)

The Specialist ensures alignment with the broader people strategy and is accountable for translating it into high-impact, consistent, and well-managed experiences for employees and leaders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development (30%)
Implement enterprise-wide learning programs, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure delivery meets design intent.
Manage the learning management system (LMS), including uploading content, tracking usage, and resolving escalations from users or administrators.
Coordinate learning needs assessments with departments to identify gaps and recommend training solutions aligned to strategic direction.
Track learning engagement, analyse training effectiveness, and present monthly reports to the Group Head of Talent.
Support compliance learning audits and ensure mandatory training records are accurately maintained.
Liaise with facilitators, prepare materials, and oversee smooth delivery of both virtual and in-person learning events.

Manage the employee lifecycle experience touch-points, ensuring onboarding, offboarding, and transition experiences are consistent and impactful.
Act as project lead for employee surveys - coordinating survey administration, analysing results, preparing reports, and tracking action plans.
Support internal communications related to engagement and culture, including newsletters, intranet updates, and digital storytelling.
Monitor employer brand platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.) and manage response protocols in line with brand tone and employee experience strategy.
Talent Management and Career Planning (20%)
Coordinate talent review cycles by preparing materials, tracking development plans, and following up on talent actions.
Maintain succession planning and internal mobility records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Partner with line managers and HRBPs to guide implementation of career pathways, development plans, and progression initiatives.
Support the delivery of targeted development programs (e.g., leadership, graduate, high-potential talent).
Performance Management (10%)
Execute and monitor the annual performance management cycle, ensuring timely rollout of goal setting, reviews, and calibration support.
Train and support managers and employees on performance tools, documentation, and feedback practices.
Track completion rates and generate reports on performance ratings, goal alignment, and process compliance.
Required Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Learning and Development, Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years experience in a mid-level HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management role in large corporate.
Demonstrated experience executing cross-functional engagement or development programs across large/diverse workforces.
Familiarity with learning management systems, performance platforms, and HRIS tools.
Skills and Competencies
Strong project coordination and implementation skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and facilitate sessions or briefings.

The team is focused on enabling individuals to reach their full potential while strengthening the company s overall workforce capabilities. This position plays a crucial role in supporting talent initiatives, engaging with various stakeholders both regionally and globally and assisting in executing initiatives to enhance employee development, engagement and experience.
- Act as primary point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for process and reporting details related to our core Talent Management practices (e.g. ERP, OKRs, AR, OTP, etc.)
- Provide proactive communication and reactive support to PBPs and PAs across the region as they navigate talent management processes, systems and tools throughout the year.
- Monitor and report on key talent metrics and analytics to assess adoption of TM&D solutions, evaluate effectiveness of programs and practices, and help inform opportunities for improvement across the region
- Engage with TM&D COE leaders to complete user testing and provide input on design enhancements to Talent Management & Development programs and practices, ensuring regional nuances and perspectives are being taken into account into our processes, analytics approaches, and systems.
- Build presentations and provide documentation of talent reviews, succession planning, talent cards, performance ratings, promotions decisions, and development plans for high-potential employees, leveraging consistent templates in preparation for roll-up reviews with our Head of Global Markets.
- Provide execution support of regional leadership development initiatives (e.g. hi-po networking
opportunities, SVP LEAD pods, action learning project presentations to senior leaders, etc.) inclusive of communications and logistics.
- Track progress in executive talent management offerings inclusive of coaching and executive assessments and follow up with PBPs and PAs to ensure career and development plans are in place and aligned with succession goals and talent review feedback.
- Coordinate centralized tracking and calendaring of regional talent discussions for annual review, promotions and OTP in alignment with broader global timelines, ensuring timely completion and open communication with global functions
- Assist running reports, conducting analysis, and providing insights for talent presentations for the regional leadership team.
