This is a key role within the People and Organization Department, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units. The goal is to secure high-quality hires that meet business needs, adhere to company policies, local labor laws, and best-in-class candidate experience.


Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring new hires align with capability, experience, and growth requirements.
  • Determine role specifications, competencies, and selection criteria aligned with business objectives; provide guidance on effective recruitment practices and industry trends.
  • Utilize structured methods to assess, shortlist, and coordinate interviews and technical evaluations while maintaining essential recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality).
  • Oversee candidate communication and offer processes, including salary negotiation, to guarantee a positive experience and minimize offer declines.
  • Develop talent pipelines, provide market intelligence, promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, and collaborate with marketing to enhance the employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations; manage external agencies; leverage technology (ATS) to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development for seamless new hire integration and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in workforce planning, monitor recruitment expenditures, and prepare activity reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably at a junior recruiter level, with strong networking and partnership-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant work experience can be considered equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, database management, P&O metrics, employment laws, and best HR practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, team development, coaching/feedback abilities, and resilience under pressure.
  • Excellent communication (English), interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, time management, self-motivation, proactivity, and calmness during uncertainty.
