Role Purpose:
Work in partnership with all business units on areas related to manpower planning & organizational structures to make recommendations to ADIB management.
Key Accountabilities of the role
- Manage the head count planning model to forecast head count for ADIB
- Collect head count requests from all divisions and provide detailed and summarized input for department for the preparation of the manpower budget
- Control the manpower plan and review with the management at regular intervals the variance of actual head count against budget plan for each quarter to ensure the manpower ceiling for each year is adhered to and conduct meetings to discuss the variances with divisions
- Work with all ADIB divisions in updating their organization charts and make sure it reflects the main objectives for their organizations
- Liaise with all ADIB divisions to verify Head count statistics for all their staff details on monthly basis
- Promote equality and propose ideas to management in order to embrace the Emiratization agenda within the workforce planning process
- Report on variance of actual head count against Emiratization head count target for each division to management
- Prepare HR costing for Budget and provide management by analysis on staff costing.
