Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans
- Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations
- Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies
- Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
