Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.

Overview
Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Mastercard AI team, the Senior Managing Consultant, AI Strategy will spearhead AI-driven consulting engagements for clients—especially card issuers and other financial services organizations. - Architect end-to-end AI solutions by combining expertise in data engineering, solution design, and domain-specific knowledge (e.g., credit card issuing).

- Scale effective AI initiatives across multiple use cases, proactively addressing technical or organizational hurdles for widespread adoption.
2. Lead Rapid, Iterative AI Delivery
- Partner with AI and ML engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps, ensuring iterative development, pilot rollouts, and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with business leaders to co-own solutions, gather feedback, and refine scopes for maximum business value.

We are seeking an experienced Technology Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing solutions on iScala ERP for customers' issues and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incidents and service requests within daily support SLAs
- Manage functional and technical customizations in different countries.
- Provide technical cover on new developments outside of the supporting model (small and large projects)
- Work closely with vendor and other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems.
- Provide technical solutions for the issues faced by business
- Experience in Database administration and performance tuning
- Ensure application availability round the clock
- Lead and train other team members.
- Overall 10+ years of Experience
- Experience on Epicor Service Connect, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, MS Reports, Expense Reports
- Experience working on integrations and knowledge of ServiceMax
- Server administration and support experience
- Ability to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
- Project management experience
- Completed University Degree
- Fluent in English (written/verbal).
