Responsible for compliances for all tax matters of the company, including VAT, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax and other statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of UAE tax regulations.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
- Provide support to the team from a direct & indirect tax perspective.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance obligations in the GCC to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review and advise on the VAT & WHT treatment of transactions and manage compliance.
- Liaise/manage the advisory relationships with external tax advisors and interact with other transaction advisors.

The Role:
We are hiring a Tax Manager to join our Finance and Accounting team as our organization grows and matures. The candidate will be directly reporting to the Chief Accountant.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company’s tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions including the UAE, KSA, Egypt, Pakistan, Lebanon and any other jurisdiction the company expands to.
