Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Client and Broker Engagement efforts in Turkey and Morocco. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and French.
The CBE Support Manager will play a key role in growing our commercial general FAC reinsurance business in the region. This includes communicating with key partners on renewal business to maintain a retention ratio exceeding 90%, facilitating the booking of new and renewal business, and supporting the servicing of large clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work closely with our Client Director and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. You will also need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
