+ Reporting: Prepare clear reports and presentations for the C2C IBAME Lead, regional management, and local teams.
+ Team Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), fostering collaboration and shared responsibility.
+ Training: Train the team in new processes and maintain a close relationship with the Finance team.
+ Support: Assist the C2C IBAME Lead in implementing initiatives locally.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Over 4 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably within C2C environments.
+ Ability to navigate comfortably between strategic planning, KPI management, and operational coordination.
+ High analytical capacity with a results-oriented mindset.
+ Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written); proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
+ Practical, solution-oriented, and resilient in high-pressure contexts.
+ University degree in Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
+ Certified Credit Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.

We are looking for an EMEA Lead, International Growth to join Snap Inc!
+ What you'll do:
+ Develop and implement a holistic EMEA community growth strategy, consisting of elements such as partnerships, localization, in-app and off-platform channels, and product development
+ Analyze Snapchat community and engagement trends across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to become a thought leader on the region and identify opportunities to drive growth
+ Partner closely with the data science team to understand regional and local nuances in Snapchatter behavior to surface actionable insights and guide decision-making
+ Lead cross-functional efforts across growth, product, design, data science, engineering, marketing, and communications teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
+ Conduct ongoing program and product performance reviews across channels, partners, regions, and strategies, assessing impact and efficiency and identifying areas for optimization
+ Ideate and execute creative product and feature experiments to grow engagement and retention, continually improving the Snapchat user experiences in EMEA
+ Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and product performance analysis to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction
+ Evaluate corporate partnerships and event sponsorships across EMEA, assessing their impact on community growth and engagement
+ Support EMEA creator, sports, music, telecom, and OEM partnerships efforts with a specific focus on community and engagement growth outcomes
+ Maintain a deep awareness of the competitive landscape across EMEA based on ongoing market research, internal product research, and connectivity with in-market teams
+ Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
+ Ability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
+ Ability to analyze program, performance, provide insights, and proactively provide recommendations
+ Ability to influence, partner, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
+ Ability to formulate, implement, and evaluate programs against clear goals and objectives with minimal guidance
+ Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines across multiple parallel work streams
+ Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in mathematics, engineering, data science, business, finance, or other technical field
+ 6 to 10 years of experience in growth, product management, or other related role (e.g., finance, strategy, consulting) with a focus in technology, social media, or mobile communication
+ Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel and Google Slides or PowerPoint
+ Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, BigQuery)
+ Preferred Qualifications:
+ Hands-on experience managing acquisition or re-engagement channels such as push notifications, SMS, email, or paid user acquisition campaigns
+ Experience analyzing complex growth programs and surfacing insights and recommendations
+ Familiarity with Python, SQL, and business intelligence tools
