About the RoleSilver Links, the entity responsible for managing roaming relations and services across AXIAN Telecom Group, is looking for a Group Roaming Project Manager (GRPM) to support the Head of Group Roaming in overseeing group-level roaming projects and reporting.
As GRPM, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple roaming initiatives, supporting group-wide KPIs, and producing detailed performance reports to enhance the Group's roaming strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Track and report on activities of Group Roaming Engineers (GREs)
- Monitor IREG launch progress and provide updates
- Report roaming coverage to Silver Links, OpCos, and AXIAN Commercial team
- Coordinate major projects such as DCH and SCCP/IPX swap initiatives
- Produce roaming KPIs and performance reports for the Head of Group Roaming
- Gather traffic and financial reports from DCH/FCH systems
- Access and use OpCo BI/DB systems for group-level reporting
- Consolidate and prepare weekly and monthly roaming reports
- Interface with roaming managers across OpCos, vendors, third-party providers, and internal commercial teams
- Master's degree in Project Management, International Business, Telecommunications, or MBA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with 3+ years in roaming project management
- Strong understanding of roaming traffic, reporting, and telecom KPIs
- Skilled in project coordination, dashboard/report creation, and cross-functional communication
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
