We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA program deployed on Microsoft Azure Cloud. As a key member of our enterprise transformation team, you will architect a secure, scalable, and high-performance SAP landscape that leverages Azure’s capabilities, driving innovation and agility across the organization.

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture design and strategy for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.

• Define target technical architecture including on-premise, cloud, or hybrid deployment models.

• Establish technical standards, frameworks, and design patterns across the SAP landscape.

• Oversee system landscape design including sizing, scalability, performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and IT governance policies.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of SAP technical experience, including at least 3+ years in a Technical Architect role.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations in large enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP architecture including S/4HANA Core, Fiori, SAP BTP, and Integration Suite.

• Deep knowledge of system integration, infrastructure, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and SAP on HANA.

• Experience with technical migration, system conversions, and custom code remediation strategies.

Lab49 is hiring a Principal Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for an AI-first consumer platform in one of the world’s most dynamic business hubs. This is a hands-on, design authority role spanning mobile, web, backend, data, and AI – owning the platform’s architecture across squads and ensuring secure, scalable, and coherent delivery. You will define integration to the core platform, establish API and event contracts, and orchestrate SOP/workflow logic so AI-driven experiences execute reliably across both Lab49 and core platform-managed services.

The Principal Technical Architect will act as the platform’s design authority, setting architectural guardrails, interface contracts, and integration strategy across domains (front end, mobile, backend, data, AI, DevSecOps). You will collaborate with product, engineering, data science, security, and client stakeholders to translate business goals into a resilient, cloud-native, event-driven architecture. A key focus is the Trusted AI Foundation (model/runtime governance, vector/knowledge layers, feedback loops) and core platform integration (API, data, and event flows) to power real-time, personalised experiences at scale.
