Overview

The Technical Inspector (TI) is expected to be the technical expert on assigned aircraft and is responsible for ensuring the daily unscheduled and scheduled maintenance actions are conducted IAW authorized maintenance procedures and applicable regulations and properly documented in aircraft logbooks and historical records IAW TAMMS-A and any other relevant local procedures. Will also be responsible for : 1. Inspects Aircraft, Aircraft Parts/Components and Materials in accordance with proper procedures, methods, practices operations and safety. 2. Review and audit all technical records that supporting airworthiness of Aircraft in accordance with DA Pamphlet 738-751 and TM 1-1500-328-23. 3. Research technical data and performs inspections on assigned Aircraft, Aircraft Components and back shop repair/overhaul, both AVUM/ AVIM maintenance level. Completes inspections in accordance with applicable aircraft/component maintenance manuals. 4. Performs inspection of aircraft components during their assembly, installation and adjustment phases of incorporation onto an aircraft. Ensures the workmanship and materials conform to the aircraft manufacturers specifications and required maintenance manual procedures. 5. Ensures that all Work-In-Progress is properly documented and that corrective actions used will be recorded in accordance with TAMMS-A requirements. 6. Responsible for all the proper aircraft historical record updates, resulting in no over flights of the component TBO, overhaul or retirement schedule. 7. Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of all SB's, ASAM's and Safety of Flight massages. 8. Responsible for the submission of the Quality Deficiency Reports when required and for the Quality Control assistance during all the aircraft incidents and accidents. 9. Responsible for the proper Quality Control oversight of all aircraft modifications for assigned aircraft. 10. Performs duties of Quality Control Section Supervisor (QCSS) in his absence. 11. Performs a 30 days facility audits for safety and policy compliance. 12. Performs QC maintenance duties away from base on temporary duty. 13. Role Overview

As a Technical / Design Manager - Infrastructure, you will lead and manage the design process throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with clients, design consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with client requirements and expectations. You will support the Programme Director/Design Director or Senior Project Manager in delivering the scope of work to AtkinsRalis and client standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with AtkinsRalis processes, forms, and deliverables, and adhere to client-specific procedures when applicable.
  • Assist in developing scope of services for Lead Design Consultants (LDCs).
  • Manage and assist with the procurement of Design Consultants.
  • Develop and implement the Design Management Plan (DMP).
  • Create a design responsibility matrix to clarify roles among clients, PMC, design consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing the Project Quality Plan.
  • Manage LDCs to ensure quality, timeliness, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities of design consultants throughout the project cycle, including technical reviews and interface management.
  • Act as the primary communication point between the client and the LDC team.
  • Manage the design process, including progress meetings, workshops, stage gate submissions, and approvals.
  • Review deliverables to ensure compliance with project brief and client requirements.
  • Assist with stakeholder meetings, agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Coordinate project documentation updates via SharePoint.
  • Support change management processes, including cost and schedule adjustments.
  • Support value management initiatives during design stages.
  • Identify and manage project risks related to schedule, budget, quality, and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage the design schedule with project controls and LDCs.
  • Ensure LDCs comply with BIM requirements, supported by the BIM manager.
  • Oversee sustainability compliance, assisted by LEED support.
  • Develop statutory approval workflows in line with client and authority requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation for construction tender packages.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience as a design manager, preferably on hospitality projects.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • LEED experience is advantageous.
  • Previous regional experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to work in a team and be client-facing.
  • Active leadership skills.

Position: Technical/MEP Design Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and integration of MEP systems within building projects. The manager ensures that MEP designs meet all technical, regulatory, and project requirements from concept through construction, managing consultants and stakeholder interfaces.
